Dramkeep (“the app”, “we”) is a personal whisky-collection tracker. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it’s used, and your choices. The app is simple: it stores your collection so you can access it across your devices.

What we collect

• Account details: the email address you use to sign up, for authentication.
• Your collection data: the whiskies, bottles, statuses (sealed/open/finished), purchase dates and prices, locations, personal notes, and wishlist entries you choose to enter.

We do not collect your contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How your data is stored and used

• Stored using Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL database and authentication service running on Amazon Web Services), which acts as our data processor.
• Protected by row-level security: your collection is private to your account.
• Transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Used solely to provide the app’s functionality — storing and syncing your collection. We never sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to track you across other apps or services.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing anilbpala@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Children

Dramkeep concerns alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults (17+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We rely on Supabase’s managed security (encrypted transport, row-level security, and managed authentication). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
